- THURSDAY – 5 pm Opening Circle followed by dinner together
- FRIDAY – 07.30 a.m. Morning Meditation & Yoga, breakfast together – during the day individual programme and in the evening another yoga session with a special theme and dinner together
- SATURDAY – 07.30 a.m. Morning Meditation & Yoga, breakfast together, individual programme during the day and a workshop in the evening followed by a yoga session with a special theme and dinner together
- SUNDAY – 07.30 a.m. Yoga, breakfast together and packing up, closing circle and individual departure
Note: Minimum number of participants: 4. We reserve the right to cancel the course if fewer than 4 registrations are received up to 60 days before the start.
