The contract is concluded with Natur & SPA Resort Der Alpbacherhof****s, Margreiter Gastronomie GmbH, 6236 Alpbach 564, (ATU 75 360 705, FN 240 413 Z). Any regulations deviating from this are only valid if they have been agreed upon by both parties expressly and in writing. Only persons over the age of 18 are entitled to purchase from our Internet shop.

Conclusion of contract, payment and delivery

The vouchers offered on the hotel website represent a non-binding and non-binding offer to purchase. The prices quoted are inclusive of any statutory value added tax. The online order of a voucher via the Internet constitutes a binding offer to purchase on the part of the customer, which is confirmed again by Hotel Der Alpbacherhof by means of an order confirmation via e-mail and as a result of which the purchase contract is concluded. After receipt of the payment owed on the basis of the concluded purchase contract, the purchased vouchers will be dispatched by Hotel Der Alpbacherhof. In order to save shipping costs, the purchased vouchers can also be paid for by credit card or online bank transfer, in which case the vouchers can be sent free of charge via e-mail and printed out by the customer. If requested by the customer, the vouchers will also be sent by post in the event of payment by credit card or online bank transfer. No liability is accepted for any delay in delivery by post. If the voucher ordered online has already been sent to the customer before the payment to be made for it has been received or credited by Hotel Der Alpbacherhof, the voucher shall not be valid until payment has been made in full and Hotel Der Alpbacherhof shall be entitled to withhold the services embodied in the voucher until the payment owed for it has been made in full.

Vouchers

Please note that online vouchers are sent to the customer by Hotel Der Alpbacherhof with a tamper-proof code. Since the customer can print out the voucher himself, several prints are possible, but only one print is value-relevant and redeemable. The first voucher redeemed in the INCERT Voucher Management System with the corresponding barcode is considered the original and must be debited by Hotel Der Alpbacherhof immediately after redemption. Should further copies with the same code appear, this is a case of misuse, which will result in criminal consequences. As a voucher can be passed on or given as a gift, there is no obligation or possibility on the part of Hotel Der Alpbacherhof to check the right of ownership of the redeemer. When redeeming the voucher, the system only checks whether the corresponding barcode has actually been released by the system and whether the corresponding voucher has actually been paid for. Only promotional vouchers are personal vouchers and are not transferable. Lost vouchers will not be replaced. Also, vouchers cannot be returned for cash value payment. If the value of the voucher is more than the consumed service, a new voucher will be generated with the remaining value. In such a case, there is no entitlement to a cash payment of the voucher amount still outstanding. The Hotel Der Alpbacherhof is not obliged to accept unpaid vouchers as a means of payment. For operational reasons, the services listed in the voucher can only be provided or guaranteed by the establishment if a corresponding and timely reservation has been made. The service described in the voucher may vary slightly depending on the circumstances, but may not represent a relevant reduction in value for the guest. Should Hotel Der Alpbacherhof have to close or give up for any reason, the online vouchers will expire without compensation. This is also the case if the business demonstrably changes ownership. In such a case, Hotel Der Alpbacherhof cannot be relied upon as the original issuer of the vouchers.

Validity, period of validity

Vouchers are redeemable upon prior request and availability and are valid for two years from the date of issue stated on the voucher. A voucher can be extended after consultation with the reception, any price increases must be paid directly at the hotel. Each voucher can only be redeemed once, which is ensured by a barcode or voucher number linked to the voucher.

Cash redemption, invoicing

Cash redemption of the voucher or the value evidenced by it is not possible. The issuing of a VAT-compliant invoice with corresponding proof of taxation can only take place at the time of the redemption of the voucher and thus the actual provision of the service.

Security guarantee, data protection

Your security has the highest priority! Therefore, data such as credit card number, bank code, account number, name and address are transferred via certified payment providers via their protected SSL line, taking into account PCI guidelines. This means that no unauthorised person can read the data you enter during transmission on the Internet. In order to provide additional security in the voucher shop, we apply a number of additional security measures. Your details are processed by us with the aid of automated systems. Based on the general terms and conditions, the customer agrees to receive advertising information from Hotel Der Alpbacherhof. This data will not be passed on to third parties.

Exchange, right of withdrawal

Please return vouchers that do not meet your expectations within 14 days of sending them to us. It is necessary that the written cancellation (revocation) declaration is received by Hotel Der Alpbacherhof within 14 days. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the use of the service has already begun within the withdrawal period. This right of return only applies to customers who qualify as consumers. In the event of loss, theft or cancellation of vouchers, no compensation can be provided by Hotel Der Alpbachderhof.
