Mindfulness with Karin Schocher
Being mindful, what does that mean? Doing something good for yourself. Taking me-time. You hear and read it everywhere, but how does it actually work? How can you REALLY be more mindful and feel better? We bring in trainer Karin Schocher, who is an expert in this field. With holistic treatment of breath, body and soul, she relieves pain, strengthens self-healing powers and prevents ailments.
In group sessions on topics such as meditation, stretching, body awareness, healing flows and breath coaching, as well as targeted individual coaching sessions, the aim is to improve your quality of life. On all levels. Energetic healing massages, pain coaching and nutrition also play a part. Individually tailored to the participants.

Yogis and yoginis, watch out: There’s a new yoga format here at the Alpbacherhof – the yoga retreat with Kati Mairhofer! Everyone who loves yoga, wants to try yoga, would like to try a new yoga challenge or simply enjoys a yoga holiday is cordially invited. A (daily) yoga session here, a dip in the pool there. Between pranayamas and wellness fun at our hotel in Alpbach, you will find the best way to treat yourself. Never been on a yoga retreat before? Great, then it’s time to give it a try. During these six days, there will be special highlights in our programme that will fill your holiday with lots of fun and make it even more entertaining and enjoyable than a holiday at our wellness hotel in Tyrol already is. Last year, these included the Night of Traditional Costume, various themed hikes, tastings, sauna events, a raffle, casino night, a fashion show and a crowning gala dinner. What awaits you this year?
