HAY MILK CHEESES
The Alpbachtaler Hay Milk Dairy has a fabulous selection of local cheeses from local alms and farmers. Using only milk from grass fed cattle, their choices have no limits: Bergkäse, Trüffelkäse, Bierkäse Blauhudler, similar to a Stilton.
ZILLERTAL DAIRY
Tyrolean quality at its best. Sustainable, animal friendly and family run by Family Kröll. With 60 years’ experience in the dairy business, they produce some of the tastiest milk and yoghurt, delivered to you at the Alpbacherhof. All milk produce is delivered to Zillertal from mountain farmers and summer alms.
ALPENAQUA FARM
Two young Tyroleans have become breeders of prawns who are totally organically fed. No pesticides, only a natural habitat.
At the Alpenaquafarm Tirol, the livestock is reared in the first “Indoor Aquafarm”, Austria. Organic and sustainable breeding.
