Summer fun
Surrounded by the rugged mountains of the Kitzbühel Alps, mountain lovers feel 150% at home here. You can let off steam here: on 900 kilometres of marked hiking trails and bike routes. That promises variety! Here for a sunrise hike up the Gratlspitz, there for a refreshing dip in the clear mountain lake. Or take a ride on the “Lauser Sauser” and get your adrenalin kick on a toboggan.
The backdrop in summer is a joy: lush green meadows, colourful flowering cottages, an incredible Alpine panorama and above all the radiant sun accompany you on your way through the Alpbachtal. What a pleasure!
Winter paradise
We have it: one of the most beautiful ski areas in Tyrol. The Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau! Ski bunnies and toboggan fans watch out – it’s got it all: a total of 113 kilometres of piste await you. 45 modern lifts take you to the summits. Two snow parks offer an extra portion of fun. You can show off your best performance on special race tracks. And 25 mountain huts invite you to take a break after all the fun on the piste. Four mountains make up the ski area, variety is guaranteed here. Head to the Wiedersberger Horn, the Schatzberg in the Wildschönau, the Markbachjoch and Reither Kogel lifts!
Not a fan of the piste? No problem! The winter and snowshoe hikes are less fast-paced. Also with our hiking guide Tom. Step by step uphill, the air so icy-clear, the snow glistening in the sun. A feeling of peace in your heart and an absolute recommendation from the Alpbacherhof. And then off to the hot whirlpool in the wellness area. Then you’ll know what winter wonderland means.
