Three generations are represented in the hotel, and the Alpbacherhof is already celebrating 15 years of the Margreiter family. In 2008, the hotel was taken over by Lois and Maria and turned into what it is today with a lot of love and passion: a favourite place for guests. Because if you love your home, you love to share it.
Whether at reception, in service or in the rooms - we lend a hand everywhere and are at the forefront. At eye level with our employees and directly with our guests. Being a host is our life.

Sustainable & regional
Sustainability is not just a trend for us. It's a concern that we have for ourselves. With nature right on our doorstep, this is not very difficult for us and there are many ways to do our bit to preserve the earth: with herbs from our own garden. Fermenting fruit and vegetables. Environmentally friendly cleaning products. Providing mobility for guests without a car. And, and, and. Also important: the willingness to constantly scrutinise tried and tested processes - and to switch to a sustainable alternative if necessary.
