We are there for you every day from 9 am to noon and from 1 pm to 7 pm.

You can make an appointment for a treatment directly at the Natur Spa or at our reception.

It’s best to book your favourite treatment and appointment when you make your hotel booking: simply write to us at wellness@alpbacherhof.at or call us on +43 5336 5237-111. That way you are sure to get your favourite treatment.

We ask you to come to the Natur-Spa in your bathrobe and without jewellery approx. 15 minutes before the agreed treatment appointment. This allows you to prepare for the treatment in peace, drink a glass of water or tea and enjoy a small snack from the spa buffet.

If you have any health problems or restrictions, please let us know when you book your appointment or when you speak to the therapists. Because we want to do you good – and we can do this best if we know your individual needs in advance.

Our team will keep time free for your treatment and prepare it with care. If you are unable or unwilling to attend your treatment, please let us know at least 8 hours before your appointment, otherwise we will have to charge the full treatment price. Packages and treatments that have been firmly booked at the time of the hotel booking are still binding.
