ABOUT THE HOTEL
Here are our opening dates and times:

Our Reception Team is there for you from 7.30 am – 10.00 pm.
We have wonderful adventure playgrounds on top of the mountain for families to discover and enjoy. „Lauserland“ and „Juppi Zauberwald”, both free of charge with your Alpbachtal Card.
Juppi Kid’s Club in Reith i.A offers child care for your little ones. It is open Monday to Friday and free of charge with your Alpbachtal Card.
Children have great fun at the Museum of Tyrolean Farm Houses. Located in Kramsach you will experience the original farming way of life. Games, questions and quizes are all part of the interactive elements.
Or have a day out at Schloss Tratzberg in Stans near Schwaz. Specially designed interaction for children and adults.

Yes, they are, but with certain conditions. Talk to us at the time of your reservation as only certain rooms are allocated to pet owners. Please bring your 4-legged friends‘ own bedding, bowls and food. We ask that you keep them on the lead in the hotel and ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in the restaurant, Spa or our Panorama Gardens and Meadow. There is a charge of € 30 per day and if you plan to use the local transport, you will need a muzzle.
Yes there is Each week you can enjoy a choice of activities from guided walks, guided bike tours, Yoga, Qi Gong, Chime Meditation, the Power oft he Forest and sometimes, live music and Black Jack evenings.

- Lunch or Evening Meal: We will give you the choices from our local, sustainable and excellent products. Our Wine List, is yours to peruse and choose from but our House Wine is a winner. Smaller groups can choose to eat á la carte; for larger groups we are happy to work with you on your chosen menu and alternative choices.
- Our „Flying Buffet“ is always received with kudos. Up to 500 of your guests can be accommodated either in our large restaurant or in summer in our spectacular gardens. For seated events we can accommodate up to 200 people.
Our business guests can also benefit from our Panorama Spa, our Panorama Gardens & Meadow, and a relaxing therapy. Find your place to brainstorm, take a power nap, work on your creativity and generally regenerate.

We are happy to create with you your perfect business opportunity nad based on your requirements and individual, non-binding offer.
It’s simple: up to 8 hours before the arranged appointment you can cancel with no consequence. A no-show or non-cancellation will result in the treatment cost
being added to your end bill. Early communication gives another guest an opportunity.
Our Tip: Book your chosen therapies at the time of reservation in order to avoid disappointment.

ABOUT YOUR BOOKING
Check-in
Your room will be available from 2.00 pm. If you are planning a late arrival from 7.00 pm, please let us know.
Check-out
We ask you to leave your room by 11.00 am. On your day of departure, you are welcome to use the Spa and end enjoy the midday buffet for a cost of €25. Late check-out is only possible by pre-arrangement and availability at a cost of €30 for the room or €55 per person including the midday buffet.
It is a great service for our guests who choose to travel with public transport.
Your suitcases will be collected from your home and delivered to us at the hotel. As members of the „Best Wellness Hotels“ you, our guest can enjoy a 10% reduction on the list price. Book here.
The policy changes according to your booking rate.
- 14 days before arrival free of charge with the Best Daily Rate, the Mid-Week Rate and the „Good Luck Rate.
- Flexi Rate policy is 7 days before arrival and the Long Stay Rate 6+ and 14+ is 30 days.
- No cancellation policy with the Early Bird Rate (A90/A60).
- After the expiry of the cancellation period, the cancellation fee is 90% of the arrangement price.
Our Tip: We strongly reccommend that you take out the European Travel Insurance. We are happy to arrange this for you.
Deposit
In order to confirm your booking we require a deposit to the sum of 20% of your reservation price. We can take a deposit from your credit card or you can make a bank transfer. The desposit is required at time of booking.
Change of Dates
Should you arrive late, or leave early you will be charged for the agreed reservation cost.

For your own financial security, we advise you take out a Travel Insurance.
Culinary
Your room price and holiday package price include the Alpbacherhof Superior Included Services. If you choose not to partake of any of the inluded services, there is no discount.
Double Room with Single Occupancy
To enjoy our double rooms as a single there is a surchage of €25 per day. Subject to availablilty.
Tourist Tax
We pay a Tourist Tax of € 2 per person per day; (from winter 2023/24 there is a price change to € 3,50 per person per day). This Tax is not included in your room price.
You have a favourite room? Subject to availability we are more than happy to comply. Sadly, we can not always guarantee that your wish be met, the same goes for your preferred table in the restaurant. Asking costs nothing! We will do our very best for you.
When a Spa treatment i spart of your package, we advise you to book your appointment at the time of your holiday reservation. Of course, it is also possible to book or change your pre-booked appointment on arrival. Should you not enjoy your Spa Voucher, there will be no discount.
For services not enjoyed, there is no possibility of a discount.
Example: the included package holiday vouchers are for adults only. Childrens prices include accommodation and the agreed board. Ski passes, spa therapies etc. must be booked individually.
