Our regional suppliers
The ingredients travel short distances to reach us in the kitchen. Almost all the products served at the Alpbacherhof are sourced from local farmers and come from species-appropriate animal husbandry. What is particularly important to our kitchen team is that the animal is completely processed.

The Alpbachtal hay milk cheese dairy in Tyrol produces all types of cheese according to old traditions and strict organic guidelines. There are no limits to the variety of cheeses based on hay milk: Mountain cheese, truffle cheese and beer cheese are just a few examples from the product range.

Alpine dairy Zillertal
Honest quality, sustainability and love of animals are at the forefront of the Kröll family. With 60 years of experience in milk processing, they provide us with milk and yoghurt products at Hotel Tirol. The mountain farmers' hay milk comes from Zillertal Alpine pastures and mountain farms.
