Consciously experience nature in Tyrol
Taking a “forest bath” sounds strange at first? You should definitely give it a try. This sensory experience will convince you otherwise. With the expert guidance of forest expert and herbalist Renate, you will consciously immerse yourself in the Tyrolean forest. Feel it from head to toe: walking barefoot on the forest floor, hugging a tree or breathing deeply standing on the glade. Studies have shown that Shinrin-yoku releases tension and reduces stress in the long term. Deceleration, mindfulness, grounding. That’s what taking a “forest bath” does to you. And incidentally, Johanna will give you a valuable introduction to herbalism, too.
This mindful journey costs € 45 per person including a hire rucksack filled with herbal tea, cushions and a hammock.
