Of course! Even though we are not a classic family hotel, families with children feel at home with us. Take a look around our family rooms and suites. We are happy to provide cots, highchairs and baby monitors free of charge for the little ones.

Take your children to the popular children’s playgrounds on the mountain (Lauserland, Juppi Zauberwald), which are accessible free of charge with the Alpbachtal Card.

The Juppi Kid’s Club in Reith im Alpbachtal in Tyrol offers childcare from Monday to Friday, which you can take advantage of free of charge with the Alpbachtal Card.

A visit to the Museum of Tyrolean Farms in Kramsach is great fun with children. Children experience the Museum of Tyrolean Farms in a very special way: with lots of games, quiz stations, puzzles and interactive elements.

Or you can visit Tratzberg Castle in Stans near Schwaz, which also offers its own very exciting guided tours for children.

In principle, your four-legged friend is of course just as welcome as a guest with us. However, as we want to be considerate of all our guests, we ask that you make prior arrangements and that you understand that only certain rooms can be booked for guests with dogs. And: Please bring your own sleeping accommodation (basket, blanket) for your dog. We also ask you to keep your four-legged friend on a lead in the hotel.

We love to have them with us at all times: Dogs are not allowed in the dining room, in the wellness area or on the sunbathing lawn.

Costs: € 30 per day (excluding dog food). Dogs need a muzzle for the bus and cable car.

Yes, there is. We offer you a varied weekly and activity programme: from weekly yoga sessions, Qi Gong, guided hikes and bike tours to (sound) meditation, forest bathing, live music and blackjack evenings. You can find an overview of our programme in the events calendar!

Yoga fans will find the perfect yoga hotel in Tyrol at the Alpbacherhof. Three times a week we invite you to relaxing yoga sessions with yoga teacher Jan:

• every Tuesday from 5 pm to 6.30 pm
• every Thursday from 8 am to 9.30 am
• every Saturday from 8 am to 9.30 am (June to September)

• Receptions: We offer flying buffets for up to 500 people, either in our large dining room or in our beautiful garden in summer. Alternatively, we can customise the dining room according to your wishes. Seating is available for up to 200 people.

Before, during and after the business programme, seminar guests can relax in the Panorama Spa, brainstorm together while swimming in the pool or develop visions during a power nap in the relaxation room. Creativity can also be unleashed in the great outdoors: on our panoramic meadow or while hiking or biking in the mountains.

Very simple: If you are unable to keep your treatment appointment, we ask you to cancel at least 8 hours in advance. Otherwise we will unfortunately have to charge the full treatment price. However, if you let us know in good time, we can open up the time again for other guests. A win-win situation!

As you can see, our beauty lounge is very well booked. Our tip for you: It’s best to book your desired wellness treatment when you book your room to be on the safe side!

We do not accept any liability for items left behind. But of course we can send you what you have forgotten. We will charge you for the postage, so please bear this in mind.

Check-in

You can check into your room from 2 pm. If you arrive after 7 pm, please call us in advance and let us know.

Check-out

We ask you to leave the room by 11 am. On the day of departure, you have the option of using the wellness area incl. lunch buffet for a small surcharge of € 25. Late check-out is possible on request and subject to availability for a surcharge of € 30 (room only) or € 55 per person (incl. lunch buffet).

The suitcase butler is a great service for guests travelling by public transport! It picks up your luggage at home and brings it directly to the hotel for you. Cancellation conditions in summer 2024

The cancellation conditions depend on the rate booked:

• up to 14 days before arrival free of charge for the best daily rate, the midweek rate, the “You’re in luck” rate and all package deals
• up to 7 days before arrival free of charge for the “Flex Rate”
• up to 30 days before arrival for the long-stay rate 6+ and 14+
• no cancellation option for early booking rates (A90/A60)

After expiry of the free cancellation period, the cancellation fee is 90 % of the package price

Tip from us: We strongly recommend that you take out European Travel Insurance. We will be happy to take care of the cancellation for you!

Deposit

To finalise your booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 20% of the booking amount by credit card or bank transfer free of charge. For the early booking rate and the long-stay rate, we ask you to pay the entire booking amount at the time of booking.

Change of dates

In the event of early departure or late arrival, we reserve the right to charge for the entire reservation period.

To finalise your booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 20% of the booking amount by bank transfer free of charge to Sparkasse Alpbach (BIC: SPRTAT21XXX, IBAN: AT44 2050 8003 0000 3449) or by credit card (please provide your credit card number and expiry date). For the early booking rate and the long-stay rate, we ask you to pay the full booking amount at the time of booking. We accept Visa or Mastercard.

For security reasons, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance

Culinary delights

Unless otherwise stated, the room and package prices quoted are per person and day including the Alpbacherhof gourmet board. No deductions are made for services not consumed.

Single room supplement

For single use of a double room we charge a supplement of € 25. Only on request, we will be happy to give you more information at reception.

Local tax

We pay a local tax of € 3.50 per person per day to the tourist board. This local tax is not included in our room prices.

Do you have a particular favourite room that you really want to have again? Depending on availability and possibility, we will be happy to fulfil your wish. However, we cannot always guarantee you the reservation of a specific room number or floor – please understand this. The same applies to our restaurant. Nevertheless, we will of course do our best!

In order to be able to redeem wellness vouchers or offered treatments that are included in your package, we ask you to arrange the wellness appointments as part of your reservation if possible. If wellness appointments are available at the wellness hotel, these can also be changed at short notice. Wellness services not consumed as part of the package will not be credited or charged.

No deductions will be made from the package price for services not utilised during the package weeks.

Please note: The included package services only apply to adults. Children’s prices only include the overnight stay including the booked catering. Ski passes, wellness treatments etc. must be booked and paid for separately for children.

Cancellation conditions: a deposit of 20% of the total amount is also required for package deals to make a binding reservation. You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days in advance.
